Hi! I’m Rachel with Bell Travel Co. and I offer the following complimentary services when planning a vacation to Disney parks:

• Making recommendations prior to booking (resort, ticket types, length of stay, etc) based on budget, needs, and desires.

• All booking including setting up your My Disney Experience account, handling all modifications or cancellations, and adding any discounts that come out after you’ve booked.

• Making dining recommendations (I have been to every character dining experience on Disney property (except 1900 Park Fare that just reopened but I’m headed there this summer and I’ve already had clients there and they’ve given great feedback!) and many many non character dining experiences)

• Making dining reservations (including allowing my clients access to my personal paid subscription to a dining alert service)

• Making recommendations and reservations for enchanting extras (like Bibbidi Bobbidi boutique)

• Packing tips

• Tips and park strategies for each day of your vacation

• Custom itineraries for each day of your vacation

• Tips and help with stroller or ECV rental and/or transportation to/from airports

• Genie+ and/or DAS tutorials and real time assistance when you are in the parks.

• Any advice or help needed with any food allergies or dietary restrictions

• Any advice or help needed on managing Disney with a disability.

• 24 hour access to me via text message while you are traveling (for advice, directions, trouble shooting, where to find the nearest churro 😜, anything you need)

• Any help needed to cancel or reschedule your trip, in case of emergency
