Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room- (Basically the same as DW) This is a show with animatronic birds, tiki statues, and flowers. There is no height requirement for this attraction and it is not eligible for Genie+.

Jungle Cruise- (Exactly the same as Disney World.) This is a boat ride through jungle scenes. The “Skipper” who drives the boat tells lots of dad jokes and puns while driving. There is no height requirement for this ride. Not included in Genie+.

Indiana Jones Adventure- (The actual ride experience is very similar to Dinosaur in Animal Kingdom in Disney World.) The theming is all Indiana Jones which makes it much better than Dinosaur, in my opinion. This is a big favorite with my kids. Height requirement is 46”. This attraction is included in Genie+.

Pirates of the Caribbean- (Disneyland Pirates is wayyyy better than Disney World Pirates, in my opinion. It’s longer, goes through a restaurant, has extra scenes, and extra small drops.) This is a dark boat ride through pirate scenes. It’s a family favorite for our family but it does scare so some kids a little. There is no height requirement for this ride. This attraction is temporarily being included in Genie+.

Haunted Mansion- (This attraction is longer and more elaborate in Disney World but otherwise very similar.) This is a slow ride through a haunted house. Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes- These are 20 passenger real canoes. There is no motor and no track. They are powered completely by paddles and you make a full circle around Tom Sawyer Island. Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance- (This attraction is exactly like its Disney World counterpart.) This ride is amazing- even if you’re not a huge Star Wars fan. It is not eligible for Genie+ so you either have to purchase the Individual Lightning Lane, rope drop this ride, or stand in the standby line which can get very long. The height requirement for this ride is 40”.

Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run- (This attraction is also exactly like its Disney World counterpart.) This ride is fun but a little jerky. It’s a flight simulator and up to 6 people get in one “aircraft” together. I have been on this ride with people who got motion sickness from it so keep that in mind if anyone in your party is likely to experience motion sickness. There are also often characters right outside this ride (Chewbacca, R2-D2, Rey, etc). The height requirement for this attraction is 38”. This attraction is included in Genie+.

Mark Twain Riverboat- This is a large riverboat (basically the same as the Liberty Square Riverboat in Magic Kingdom) that circles Tom Sawyer Island. This is usually a skip for us. There is no height requirement for this attraction and it is not included in Genie+.

Matterhorn Bobsleds- This is a a big favorite for one of my sons. This is technically a rollercoaster and it does go fast but there really aren’t any big drops. You can get a tiny bit wet on this attraction because as you wind around and through the mountain, you do go through water at times but I’ve never gotten very wet on it. The height requirement is 42” and this attraction IS eligible for Genie+.

Storybook Land Canal Boats- This is a real boat that holds up to 12 people. Everyone has to sit down and stand up at the exact same time so as not to flip the boat. That part is a little stressful! Ha! But the rest of the experience is really delightful and classic Disneyland. It’s a slow moving but delightful tour of tiny towns and castles from classic Disney movies. This attraction has no height requirement and is not eligible for Genie+.

t’s a Small World- (This one is way way better at Disneyland.) This is a slow boat ride through scenes of dancing dolls from different countries and cultures. In Disneyland, you can find tons of popular Disney characters in doll form throughout the ride. We love trying to spot them all! Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Gadget Coaster- (This reminds me a lot of Barnstormer in Magic Kingdom.) It’s technically a roller coaster but it’s so short and so mild. The height requirement is 35” and it is not eligible for Genie+.

Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage- Love this attraction. You get in a real submarine (which can be a little tricky to enter) and it takes you through a combination of water scenes and Nemo themed projections. This one is a family favorite. Autopia- (This is basically the same as Tomorrowland Speedway in Magic Kingdom.) These are individual go-cart style. Cars that hold up to 2 people (3 if you’re squeezing in little children) and they are on a track. Kids love this one because they can drive. I do not personally love this ride but we usually do it anyway! Ha! The height requirement is 32” to ride and 54” to drive alone. This attraction is eligible for Genie+.

Space Mountain- (The ride vehicle is 3 rows of 2 side by side seats instead of just 3 single seats in a row like Disney World. To me, the Disneyland version is a much smoother ride.) This is a roller coaster. This one is in complete darkness and though there aren’t any huge drops, it’s fairly intense. At certain times of the year, this attraction is transformed into “Hyperspace Mountain” and includes scenes from Star Wars. Height requirement is 40” and this attraction is eligible for Genie+.

Astro Orbiter- (very similar to the same attraction in Disney World but much closer to the ground.) This attraction is very similar to Dumbo but you ride in rocket ships instead of elephants.

This is the older of the Star Wars themed rides and this one is in Tomorrowland instead of Galaxy’s Edge since it opened long before Galaxy’s Edge was built. Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters- (This is very similar to Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin in Disney World but in this one, you can pull the guns off the ride vehicle so they’re easier to aim.) This attraction feels like you’re in a Buzz Lightyear/Zurg video game. You use laser guns to shoot targets throughout the ride. There is no height requirement for this attraction and this attraction IS eligible for Genie+.

Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure- This ride is really fun and different. You’re supposed to be helping Spider-Man stop Spider-Bots that are stuck in replication mode and wreaking havoc across Avengers Campus. You use your own hands to shoot webs at them as you go through different fun Spider-Man themed scenes. There is no height requirement for this attraction and it IS eligible for Genie+.

Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree- (This feels similar to Alien Swirling Saucers in Disney World.) The tractors whip and whirl in “figure eight” moves around the “dance floor.” The height requirement for this attraction is 32” and it is not eligible for Genie+.

Radiator Springs Racers- (Kind of similar to Test Track in DW but so much better.) This is such a great ride. It’s partially an indoor dark ride with scenes from Cars and partially high-speed outdoor racing. Jessie’s Critter Carousel- This is a cute little carousel beside Toy Story Midway Mania with different colorful animals instead of horses. There is no height requirement for this attraction and it is not eligible for Genie+.

Toy Story Midway Mania!- (Same as Toy Story Mania in DW.) This is a fun ride for the whole family. You wear 3D glasses and shoot different images on screens with pull guns in your ride vehicle. There is no height requirement for this attraction and it is eligible for Genie+.

Pixar Pal-A-Round- This is the giant ferris wheel. It has two different options- swinging and non-swinging. The non-swinging gondolas are fixed to the ride and the same as any regular Ferris wheel. The swinging gondolas are not fixed to the ride and can slide and swing on the bar they’re attached to. I personally think the swinging ones are fun but two of my children (who can handle ANY rollercoaster) completely freaked out the last time we did swinging so keep that in mind. Ha! There is no height requirement for this attraction and it is not eligible for Genie+.

Golden Zephyr- This ride has rocket looking ride vehicles that swing out and spin in a circle around a fixed central point. This ride closes frequently because it can only run if the wind is blowing less than 5mph. There is no height requirement for this attraction but children must be able to sit unassisted to ride. Redwood Creek Challenge Trail- This is a forest themed play area with several trails simulating Redwood Forest. There are stairs, rope bridges, a rock climbing wall, a zip line, slides, and an amphitheater. The height requirements are as follows: rock wall is 42”, slides are 32”, Smokejumpers Training Tower is between 42” and 63” and 12 years or younger, no height requirement to walk the trail.
